   Practice sent me a text to book in my smear test. I booked my appointment for my lunch break (1.10) and when I arrived the GP Surgery was closed for lunch. Why would you close when you know you have patients coming? Why would you book appointments for times you are not open? It was a waste of my lunch break and fuel to get there. I’m moving practices as this was such a poor experience
