Won't bother seeking medical help even when under the weather. Even if you request an appointment for next month.

  2. Review titled Booking system is pointless

They’ve moved from the fastest finger dialing system at 8.30 am to booking online. I thought that sounded good until Livi recommended I make a face-to-face appointment to investigate a chronic cough following COVID, with a possible X-ray to follow. I completed the form online but next day I’d heard nothing and called, to be told there were no available appointments. I asked about the booking system and had it explained it was likely they didn’t call because there were no available appointments. I asked if GPs are full-time and the response was that they work 4-days a week. I’ve no argument with that if their pay is commensurate with short hours so that more GPs can be employed to fill the gap but I doubt this is the case. It also sounds as though they’re so well paid they don’t feel the economic need to work. The system is broken. Someone should at least have let me know they had no availability. The Receptionist was helpful though. She arranged an appointment at the Walk-in… with one of their GPs. I think I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t called. Had it not have been for the Receptionist I’d have reviewed zero stars if that option has been available however, given that one star is the minimum I’ve given an extra one because she outside the box and was pleasant. Thank you.
