I always find the reception staff most helpful and understand what I need. All the medical staff I have seen over the years are very pleasant, helpful, listen and answer questions and I feel they deal with any concerns professionally. I have been with this practice for over 40 years and have absolutely confidence in all the staff. It has a very pro-active patient participation group which keeps us up to date with practice changes and many relevant health topics.

The partners and staff at Park and St Francis surgeries provide an exceptional service. I have felt respected, valued and cared for. I have been treated as an equal and have been listened to and heard which is a rare quality these days and especially in a busy practice. Many thanks for all you do to care and support us so well.

Very happy with Doctors and nurses but the operate in a system that makes it almost impossible to speak to anyone. They keep you hanging on the phone constantly repeating the same messages and options. They have made it impossible to contact by email but send you messages and emails telling you to phone them and your back to waiting on hold for ridiculous lengths of time.

We are very sorry that you were unable to get through on the phone. , You can also use E-consult, this is usually responded to within 24 hours. Due to unprecedented demand via all channels of route into the practice there is a delay on the phone lines. Alternatively you can come into the surgery and speak to one of our reception team. If you still wish to discuss further please make an appointment to discuss with the Practice Manager at a time convenient to you.
