I called this morning and This gp practice has never been helpful at all...been told today to get an appointment I should wait in the phone queue at 830 in the morning but with no place garanted... otherwise it can go to visit one of the walk in centre miles away my home...worthless service.... online form is pretty much useleyas well cause they never check it

Both the nurses, doctors and reception staff were very nice to me and understand my concerns. They were very patience with me.

We’ve had mostly good experiences with this GP when we’ve gone in, but whenever I try to call for an emergency appointment first thing in the morning, it’s next to impossible. Their website say they open at 8, google says 8:30 and the nhs website says 8:15. I’ve been calling every minute since 8am on the dot and I just get messages that it’s closed. Last time I waited until 8:30 and when I spoke to someone I was told all appointments were gone and to call right away when they open next time. They really need to fix the information they’re putting out there. What time does this place open?!

I understand the demand this time of year is very high however I fail to understand how I can be number 2 in the que for 15minutes at 5.30pm at night... it seems that no matter what time it is there seems to be issues.

Friendly, polite, helpful, receptionists. Exceptionally professional nurses. Caring and efficient doctors. Overall organisation is excellent.

Saw locum GP for diagnosis and pain relief. His manner was calm and kind made me feel at ease and did not rush me.

I have requested my continued prescription through Rickeys last Tuesday!!. Not yet arrived as you need to confirm that's what they told me. I phoned you today 19 in queue!

Have been trying to make an appt to seek advice from GP about my health problem fordays and they never seem to have free appointments. Have been ringing from opening time and by the time they speak to me there are no appointments. Why is spring surgery accepting more patient if they can't respond to the demand? My physical help problem is affecting my mental health and it's only getting worse because no GP can see me. I also don't think it's an emergency in order for me to go into A&E, but might just have to. It's driving me insane

Staff at the practice have been most helpful this week, when my pharmacy was unable to supply essential prescription medications. Practice staff provided useful advice and within 24 hours the problem had been resolved.

So impressed with my new surgery, today I messaged for antibiotics for a chest infection. Had my medication within 5 hours and a check up call to see if I had my meds and did I need a phone consult. This is how a GP practice should be run.
