This GP service was excellent when we joined the practice in 2013. Since Covid, this practice has resorted to complicated measures to ensure it is nigh on impossible to see a GP within 1 - 2 weeks. Mostly only telephonic appointments are offered, that too after filling in a complicated Patient Access form. I have had to seek direct hospital intervention on a number of occasions. Urgent prescription requests are not processed within 24 hours. It needs multiple phone calls to chase this up. This situation needs significant improvement.

Have been at this practice since we moved here 8 years ago. Phone answered quickly and doctors ring back. I submitted an econsult at 4.30 pm and doctor messaged me at 10.00 next day to see me later in the day. Reassured and know the way forward.

Thank you for the kind review about our practice access. We know that e-consult does not necessarily suit all patients but are so pleased that you found the service to be quick and efficient. As some patients prefer to contact us directly via telephone , its nice to hear that the phone is answered quickly.
