Not happy with service . Was fobbed off by reception , not willing to even try to help me make appointment for my son .

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. I am sorry you were disappointed with the service provided to you. We will always do our best to accommodate all our patients and since our total triage system was introduced, we have responded to every request for an appointment the same working day by either offering an appointment or where medically appropriate, giving medical advice / signposting to relevant services. Our admin team work hard every day to signpost or support all patients to use the new appointment triage system. We would like to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency so please could you call 01753 643195 and we will be happy to discuss any concerns with you. I have a needle phobia, but the lovely lady that saw me put me so at ease, I was able to have my flu jab with no drama whatsoever!

Amazing caring doctors and staff . Reception staff extremely efficient and polite . Lucky to be a patient at this practice !
