It’s completely impossible to get an appointment you call at 08:00 7 in the queue take >20mins to be through and there’s no appointments left this is constant and not a one off event

I called to see if a referral letter had been actioned. I spoke to a very helpful lady who told me the letter had been sent and that they had already been informed that I had an appointment scheduled. I had no knowledge of this appointment as I have received no letter. The lady gave me the relevant information and was extremely helpful and efficient. Many thanks

While the GPs and nursing staff are generally good, this practice is becoming increasingly difficult. Some of the reception staff are unfriendly. Some of the arrangements for appointments are useless. It is getting almost impossible to find your way about the website to make an appointment - this must now be actually excluding a large number of people without digital access. Getting an appointment by phone takes a prohibitive amount of time - on my last attempt I was 20th in the queue. Concerns about long Covid were dismissed by some staff. Sadly, having been registered here for over 20 years, I would not recommend this practice.

The reception team are miserable and avoid acknowledging customer presence as far as possible including not looking up and placing posters on the glass to block the view of customers. Unhelpful and rude
