   I was refused access to use the baby change facility to change my 9 month old baby’s soiled nappy 5 minutes before an appointment, there was no time to go to Asda which the receptionist rudely told me I had to do, I had to change my babies nappy on the floor in the walk way in front of a toilet door with a baby change unit in while people were walking past.
