    So, during the pandemic, I was able to book appointments online, however, that's not possible anymore, so you need to ring the practice. If you ring, it will give you conflicting information about when to call (one recording says 1000 to 1200, another one says 1100 to 1300). It doesn't matter when you call anyway, as they claim they don't have appointments and ask you to ring next day anyway. The times I have been able to seen the GP, the service has been great, however, the service is clearly designed so you don't see them. This was addressed following a CQC inspection carried out last year, but clearly they haven't done anything to address it.

    They never answer the phone, if you get through, they take a message and brush you off. I have been on hold for over 20 mins already today and yesterday. They direct you to a website, but they don't take online bookings. Such an terrible service.

    The SNHMC doctors never reply to emails despite an automated reply which states: “Thank you for submitting your Feedback form. We will try to respond to all queries within 2 working days.” Written requests to renew a prescription are often overlooked meaning that you have to telephone reception to complain lest you run out of medication. Time-keeping at this practice is exceptionally poor and you almost always have a long wait. Communicating with a doctor is very difficult and has been made worse since the pandemic by the long and tedious messages when you telephone and the many forms when you use their website. Sadly, I get the impression that these doctors have little desire to help you when you are in trouble. I recommend that you register with a better practice.

  4. Review titled Very very rude receptionists

    My experience with the nurses and doctors at this go practice have been Great. But the receptionists (several of them) have been shockingly rude and disrespectful. Everything from making assumptions about what drs will do and your medical history, to plainly refusing to give out their names to avoid consequences.
