    This was my first time attending with my partner, who was sent to this practice for blood tests. We arrived and stood at reception, waiting to be checked in. Apparently whatever non-work related conversation was taking place was far more important than acknowledging patients at the desk. We made eye contact with one receptionist twice and yet no attempt was made to welcome us or check my partner in for his appointment. When she did finally decide to carry out the primary function of her job, it was done so begrudgingly and she did not move from her desk within the office, instead choosing to shout across to the front desk while the conversation around her continued. When she inevitably couldn't hear us, she loudly asked for my partner to repeat his name and confirm his date of birth. By this point there were around 4 other patients waiting to be checked in. I worked in dentistry for 4 years and I would never, ever dream of treating patients like this. To not even have the decency to get out of one's seat and come to the front desk to check a patient in is deplorable, not least expecting a patient to shout their personal details across an office and in front of other patients all the while making it seem as if we were being a giant inconvenience for turning up for an appointment. I was even more horrified to learn that this isn't a one off experience either. I think the reception staff need a lesson in patient care, customer service and basic manners.

    Seen on the same day requested an appointment, felt very comfortable and at ease with Clinician, lovely staff always helpful, excellent service overall. Thank you!

    I attended the practice and found the reception staff were very polite and helpful. They were able to answer my queries with professionalism and respect. Nursing staff polite.

    Receptionist will soon be out of their jobs. Ring at exactly 8am everyday for an appointment, if your lucky!! And wait in a que of 50 patients for hours on end. Appointments are always gone for that day. I don't want one that day I just want a doctor to ring me today or tomorrow I need a refferal for the 2nd time something I suffer with for many years so I don't need to see a Dr they already know what my problem is. Receptioniat don't put this into consideration ever just say sorry there's no appointments there so annoying. They won't be in jobs for long because we we all get sick and just book a e consult online. You get further!!
