    When I went in March about my issues the person I seen did not listen to me gave me two tablets to take been on them for five months now not had any contact from them to see if there helping me one of the tablets are very addictive pregabalin not had any blood test done when I last phoned there was a week waiting for a Dr to phone you plus the tablets am on are not doing anything for me

    I am very grateful for the very professional way this practice treated me on every visit. Contact is made regularly to monitor my condition. I have never had to complain about anything

    My last repeat prescription was withheld by the surgery as a result of bad management which meant the prescription was not received by my pharmacist on time which meant I was without tablets thus compromising my health.

    I received an invitation to attend a well person clinic and called to book. I was informed that I needed to have a blood test. No mention of this requirement was found in the invitation. I asked if they would post one to me as my working hours don't allow me to visit. This request was met with resistance but eventually she agreed. Some four weeks later, I had not received the form. I called again to ask if it had been sent and was told that it had been but to wait due to the postal strike. Another 6 weeks have passed and it has still not arrived. This is shocking service from a surgery that should be supporting their patients, not making things more difficult. Thoroughly disappointed and disillusioned with them, trying to save the cost of a second class stamp. The surgery appears to be going downhill ad I am considering moving to another practice.
