   The quality of service outside a couple of outstanding GP's is incredibly poor, I've had years of poor service and unfortunately every time I've moved surgery they seemed to get swallowed up by this group. Call wait times are atrocious, even before Covid. You are expected to call in the first half hour of the day and getting to speak or see the doctor can take 3-4 days for a call back. This is not the service anyone deserves.
