13/03/23 I called to make appointment but not once did I speak to clinician to ascertain the nature and degree of my health and prioritise or determine how soon I should be seen. I had a receptionist actively discouraging me to attend the practice by suggesting many times that I go to A&E or walk in centre. When I insisted she offers me an appointment that is 4 days away and yet she had told me to phone the next day at 8 am if o want same day appointment in the morning. What is all that about if she knows that all morning appointments have gone for the next four days - game playing with their patients time and health. From my experience this GP appears to be non existent when I need them. I am not sure if they are aware of the frustratiin stress and anxiety they cause for their patients and at a time when they may be vulnerable and anxious. Besides they do not voluntarily offer anual health checks but are quick to bombard you with text to come for COVID vaccine - very unhelpful surgery indeed

Often patients come to theses pages complaining about their experience but that is not my case. I wanted to say that recently I needed to have a medication review so I called the practice and I had an appointment with a clinician on the same day. I was very satisfied with how quickly I managed to get through on the phone and how quickly I had an appointment! The consultation, which was on the telephone was excellent. I much prefer this type of consultation so that I can get on with my day rather than having to go to the practice for face to face appointment. The interaction with the clinician was fantastic, I felt listened to and respected and made a plan jointly with his advise but it was my decision ultimately. I have not doubt to highly recommend this practice to any patient that might be looking for a new practice

Please, please avoid this surgery. I was told to measure my blood pressure and report back through their online submission, which I did. I checked my pressure on NHS and it stated I should have been seen within 1 week as it was extremely high. 2 months or more later and countless phone calls and no appointment. I am now scared for my health and unsure what to do next. NHS please advise

Great practice always clean and tidy, girls at the front are brilliant and attentive whilst always maintaining respectful during tense situations given their job attracts all sorts of stressful situations. The new deputy manager has been nothing short of great, she has maintained regular calls and kept up with all follow up calls to ensure a high level of service is consistently being offerred.
