    The sonographer and reception staff were helpful and kind. In particular, the sonographer was helpful, thoughtful and very reassuring.

    The partner of one of the GP's has been giving out medical advice and claiming they can because they work for this surgery. Very unprofessional as medical advice should only be given out by qualified professionals and not their partners.

    This morning phoned at 8.30 for appointment waited on hold until 8.38 spoked to receptionist who said someone will call back . 9.15 call back and said could we get down by 9.40 had examination prescription for antibiotics Must be our lucky day 1hour 2 mins to see someone - must be a record

    I am very dissatisfied with the repeit description service. We are asked to give 48 hours notice , for at least 4/5 months I have had to keep chasing up my prescription in spite of presenting it at least 1week in advance hoping this will give plenty of time for dispencing. I a m at the moment waiting fo r my order,which I put in on Friday 3/3/22 I have had to phone the surgery 3times ,only to be told it will be at chemist next day. Not so. This has meant that on at least on 3occasions I have been without any tablets for. 3/4days Please could someone look into this to find out what the problem is.

    I have just attended an appointment at Maidstone Hospital Renal Clinic, the specialist could not give me any result about my Kidney function, because the wrong date of birth was written on my blood sample at Snodland Surgery. I had to have another blood test there so I can find out kidney function result, another wasted journey.

    Dear Mr Marsh, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the laboratory was unable to process the blood sample taken at the surgery. Most of the samples from the surgery have pre-printed labels and it is only rarely that we are required to write patient details on the vial. This is usually done when a blood test is requested from the Hospital. I have spoken with the nursing team and they are aware of the error, and I hope this will not be repeated. Unfortunately the laboratory is unable to process a sample with the wrong details, as they must be certain of the patient identity. I hope that you have had the results of your blood test now.     Attended surgery to request appointment. Received a call back later and was seen by nurse within 2 hours. Antibiotics prescribed and these were ready at Paydens pharmacy same day with call from them to let me know. This rapid intervention has prevented suffering. Thank you to everyone at the surgery and the staff at Paydens

    I have been trying to get my daughter a new prescription for four days and was told it would be sent to the pharmacy. It has still not been sorted and this is now the 4th time I am having to call up and chase it. Meanwhile my daughter is in a lot of discomfort. I appreciate you have to deal with a lot of people but the service you offer if absolutely atrocious and if I could I would gladly move elsewhere.

    3 days in waiting for a an emergency same day appointment. A member of the nursing team had said on the first day they will have to book in for a same day emergency appointment. Waited and nothing. They close early than old docs and calling them is difficult. The next day was told you will get a phone call today. Called and guess what not down for one apparently. So that's 3 days in even though a member of their own team flagged it up. Noone seems to communicate here. Many repeat prescriptions they get wrong on many many occasions. That takes weeks to sort then low and behold they get wrong again. I have had some bad experiences with doctors that one wouldn't be surprised at but this practice are incompetent and get it wrong on many occasions. It doesnt seem to be a one off, unhelpful and something here needs to change.
