   I called this morning, I was waiting nearly 20 mins to be answered, then when they answered they put me on hold to check an appointment for me, then after coming back the phone, I had to be referred to other doctors, when I got there I went to the front desk and the receptionist only told me where I need to be sit, she didn’t tell me I had to go other desk or anything, I was sat for 20 minutes for my appointment even though my appointment was so suppose to be at half 1
