I was struggling with perimenopause symptoms and was expecting Dr to say you are too young but she was sympathetic and took me seiously prescribing meds. I didnt feel rushed and that she genuinely cared. Also seeing the nurse and drs for my kids in the last year i have been very happy with all services. Staff are friendly and welcoming

Have been waiting for meds since March prescribed by Royal Hallamshire. Wad told I need these meds in within a week. Gp say they haven't sent and hospital say they have. I've made 100s of calls between the two and get nowhere. Everything I ring skelmanthorpe they seem in a rush to put the phone down and don't want to help. Last week I asked the hospital if they could resend and also sent me a copy witch I received today when I rang my Gp back to discuss this it turn out they have had it all along. Now they say they can't give me the meds I desperately need because it's been to long since the doctors at Royal Hallamshire typed up the prescription. I'm not the only one just look at Google reviews. Absolutely shocking StAy AwAy

I am sorry to hear that your experience of the Surgery and thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. Our aim is to ensure that all our patients receive a great service but appreciate that sometimes this does happen. I have been extremely pleased with the kind compassionate care I have received. The GP always listens to me putting me at ease, brilliant rapport. I have been impressed with the level of understanding and support I can not fault the care I have received. Want to say a massive thank you 😊 x

I work away a lot, but needed a blood test, Mon or Tues are good times. Rang Monday morning, was all sorted by 7.15am the following morning, so really helpful. I recently had a hospital admission, I was backed up really well with this too, thank you.

I visited the practice twice this week - both for an appointment for myself and an appointment for my daughter. At both visits (which were with two different clinicians) I felt listened to, not rushed, very supported and received some helpful advice. The clinician who saw my daughter was very kind with her and supported me well as a parent. When I've emailed the practice admin team this week too, they have responded very quickly and helpfully. Really pleased and reassured with the service from the practice this week.
