The practice staff and clinicians have been extremely helpful and supportive when most needed (dealing with my very sick father). The surgery provided home visits when needed and honestly exceeded my expectations. They made what was a very difficult time somewhat easier. I am very grateful. Thank you.

The phone appointment system does not work at all. First of all its hard to connect, after the line is connected we have to wait in the long que and when we get through customer services all the appointments are booked for the day.

Impossible to get an appointment or even get through to a member of staff. Receptionists and admin staff seem to lack training and manners. Have been referred by receptionists to a&e for minor things even when 111 have sent a referral to the gp for an emergency appointment! Ridiculous!!
