   Whilst the GP's are incredible at Thanet Road surgery, it is a shame to say that Sidcup Medical Centre is a shambles. The wait time is ridiculous, the online system is hugely flawed, you are rarely allowed an in-person appointment and since the practice has franchised into SMC it has become a joke. I cannot fault the GP's here, they are kind, caring & amazing at their jobs and this review is no reflection on them, however the system is working against them and their patients and it is a shame to see such amazing staff be so let down by this practice. I haven't been able to get an in-person appointment since 2020 and have resulted in paying thousands on private care instead because I am fed up of being let down time and time again but SMC.
