   I have no issues with any of the doctors here at all but the reception staff are on some power trip. I called up with a tight chest, struggling to get full breaths in and they said a dr will call me after the weekend and if it was an emergency to go to a&e. I don’t think it warranted a trip there for hours but just a dr to check me over or even talk to me. It turns out I had developed asthma from long covid and this was an asthma attack and as soon as I explained my symptoms to the dr she knew what it was and probably would’ve been sorted on that Thursday but no, it had to wait till Monday. Reception staff have been rude to me several times over the phone so much that I’ve started booking appointments online or going through e-consults just so I don’t have to talk to them. No sympathy or anything.
