    I booked an appointment for my mother, who avoids Doctors’ surgeries at all costs (due the ‘perception’ of not getting an appointment and White Coat Syndrome). She received a call the same day and a face-to-face appointment with a lovely empathic GP and had a fantastic overall experience. She felt listened to and was happy with the outcome and patient plan. The reception staff and pharmacist were also very friendly and professional. She came home much brighter and well informed. Thank you all!

    I have always found the receptionists to be really helpful. If I ask to speak to a doctor I find the e consult form really good and I always get a call/message back. Thank you.

    At a time when GP’s are under immense pressure i have always found staff at Shipston Medical Centre to be responsive and helpful. Even if completing an online referal response is quick and the support is there. I feel lucky to have such a great practice. Thank you!

    It's near impossible to get an in person appointment promptly or to speak to anyone over the phone, even for a sick infant. The response is call 111 as they're full for the day. I just hope I can transfer to the replacement hospital surgery when it opens.

    Dear Mrs Coates, We are sorry that our same day clinical capacity was full at the time you accessed our service. We are working to implement a total triage model in early 2024. This will enable those who need a same day appointment to access one. I am always willing to speak with patients who have concerns and we regularly meet with our Patient Participation Group who work with us to develop and improve services.
