    Have orders medication on line many times it getting worse can’t order till date it says on line. Sometimes your medication runs out sooner if you have been ill I have had to wait 3 weeks to order and now it says undetermined what a joke I could be dead if I had a asthma attack

    Visited the Dr today, really pleased with the service. Put me at ease for my procedure, friendly and I’m now pain free - winner! On a side note (as i didn’t know this review service was available until today) I have also experienced my GP regularly calling me unannounced just to check on my mental health, this is something I haven’t asked for but really welcome. Although I’ve experienced issues with my medication online it has always been rectified. Therefore, on balance I’m satisfied with the service the surgery provides.

    I phoned the surgery on a Thursday morning to book an appointment with my GP for a review on some medication I am taking,and Friday evening still waiting for a telephone call,it is the worst surgery ever and the receptionist are very helpful thinking about leaving and going to another GP I can’t understand why it is only telephone appointments,when other GPS are doing face too face appointments

    Just don’t answer the phone, virtually impossible to get an appointment. Needs to modernise and digitise, why wait on the phone in position #1 for 45mins plus when an app could fix it, plus receptionist want to know everything when they are not medically trained - just gate keepers. No idea who my doctor is. Been a resident on the estate for 40yrs, such a shame their service is abysmal.

    Not sure where to start really. 1.Rang 7 times over 24hrs and phone not answered once. 2.Last four times ordered meds and same item missing each time despite being assured it would not happen again. 3.Not contacted with blood results that I was informed were urgent so not having results was worrying. 4. Wife accused of not receiving meds because there was an issue with the prescribing phone number, she had never used this number as orders meds online. 5. Informed I would be told when urgent anti-biotics were ready as had water infection. When I called I was told they were sent to chemist the week before. I was not informed. The list is endless but In guess you get the picture now.
