   Brilliant doctors if you have the time to wait around. If you’re hoping to be seen at your appointment time, allow 40 minutes either side because they are never on time and it’s so infuriating.

The Practice very much welcomes comments that help to underpin and inform our aim of providing the best possible care for our patients. We are sorry that you had a longer wait to see the doctor. It is sometimes unavoidable for clinic times to 'run late' when clinicians are helping patients who can present with multiple or difficult issues, and also deal with emergencies when they arise. For patients with known complex health problems, we aim to provide a double appointment to minimise waiting times for others.
