A big thank you to the Shakesphere team for the help and care I received on Monday at the surgery after taking ill in the reception area. After being taken to Wigan A&E, I eventually ended up at Bolton A&E, having an operation on Wednesday evening to remove an infected Post-op blood clot. Now at home, on my road to recovery. Again, a big thank you to all at the practice. Robert.

Extremely friendly staff. Will bend backwards to accommodate pasients .Appointments asked for are given. Choice of Drs are given .Goodness I can go on and on about the extra mile all of the staff is willing to go to make this surgery the best there is !!! Again I can just say thank you , they are making life so much easier for me and my family in this difficult times. Nothing is to much for them if they can help. I myself was a nurse and worked with a multitude of surgeries spanning 20 + years. This surgery is still the best ever.
