After a very ropey start the practice has improved significantly. The nurses are excellent. Reception is now friendly and efficient - calls now get through (unlike previously) E-consult now works again and I use it out of preference. It still takes a little too long for a triage call when needed following e-consult but itdies happen. The doctors are good but I have never seen the same doctor twice - which means all discussions and hisorry are note driven rather than the dictors knowing me as they did in the old practice

This practice has some great minds trying to get the already tough NHS job sorted. But it is inadmissible that you call, discuss and agree with someone concerning a health issue and they end up taking a decision that suits them without your knowledge. One time could be a mistake, but more than once might not give a nice impression. Moreover, they run a lab test and you cannot lay hands on the results or even access a physician to discuss the results with. The practice administration might have some work to do.

Been trying since 8am this morning, did get an answer from receptionist told to send photo, said couldn't, reply do what you can on txt they sent. Said I would get call back.Left message on txt can't take photos, receptionist did ring back to take photos on email, still waiting for call back from doctor after 8hrs and 20 minutes and still waiting as I write this

I have a recurring rash which is easily treated with Daktacort Cream which was on a rolling repeat prescription. Had a minor flare up, oredered repeat at chemist, this new lot didn't approve it. Now it's spread instead of being nipped in the bud. Tried the on-line consultation route with photos et al - but the web site is down. Tried to phone but the queue is impossibly long. What used to be a good praxtice is no longer fit for purpose

I received a text asking me to book 2 different appointments so far l have went into the surgery 3 times to be told they have no appointments, the waiting room was completely empty so l asked if the waiting room is empty l can’t get appointments how many Docters are actually working? Tried again to ring l was still no. 10 after 20 minutes ? The reception staff are so rude and show no empathy at all. Rude receptionist no answer on the phone Where Next !!!

Doctor on phone was hangup my call severals time, luckly i go quick to A&E and they was able to help me with my little one!

Finally get through 3pm been trying since 8am (previously had 3hr wait on hold) to get baby appointment told none left and to phone back tomorrow at 8am! No apology no sincerity for not giving a sick baby medical help!

You cannot get through on the telephone. I held on for an hour yesterday and still was only number 4 in the queue! I tried to book an appointment online and was informed there are no available appointments! This practice is no longer fit for purpose. It is no wonder people go straight to A&E. What are they supposed to do if they cannot get through to their GP!
