Every time I’m here they are running at least 45 minutes behind. I’m writing this review after having an appt at 9,30, being called to ask if I could do 11 and then waiting over an hour to be seen with no apology or updates while waiting. This isn’t the first time as I’ve walked out before having waited 45 mins. It’s ridiculous having to wait this long. Clearly they are trying to fit in too many patients all the time

I Have nothing but Praise for the Great service and Care I have received at this practice. The Doctor Nurse the Receptionists couldn’t be Better.
