Having joined Scawsby Health Centre in the last couple of years, it is clear that not all gp services are the same. The facilities and team at sch are outstanding, from being able to book appointments online, to chatting digitally it is all an absolute pleasure. They embrace technology to make everything easier and provide the best possible care. I really have nothing but praise for the team. Well done everyone and thank you!

I have never had a bad thing to say about this health centre, the reception team are so friendly and caring, the nurses are the same. My only complaint is the screeching hold music, I have rang twice today whilst ill and the noise is horrendous. Please please please change it for something bearable.

Same day appointment must ring at 8am and I was first in queue no one answered until 8.42am goodness know how long people 20th in line had to wait.

A few weeks ago i rang the practice to book in for smear, i didnt have to wait long before i spoke to a receptionist who was very helpful & booked me in for when i was available. Yesterday I attended for my smear & was seen by a lovely practice nurse & student nurse. They both made me feel very comfortable & everything was explained to me. Thank you. I highly recommend this practice to anyone moving into this area.
