Saw daughter today with my baby 4 month old. Didn’t check anything other than her chest and patronised me for been a a first time mum. Sent me a leaflet on ‘when to worry’ seen drs previously who have thoroughly checked my baby including a full examination. Left the drs so upset.

The nurse I saw was extremely caring and I feel went above and beyond for me. Not only was she professional with my health review she took a personal interest in my problems. I left feeling cared for and hopefully with the advice and support she has offered I will feel happier very soon. 😊

Turned up at the surgery before my appointment time had to wait in a queue for 15 mins, finally got booked in 10 mins after my appointment. I then waited 30 mins plus before I was called through. Another person who had an appointment 20 min after me was called before me. The nurse was rude when I asked why was told she can not site around for 10 mins waiting for me, which again was not my fault due to waiting to book in. I was then told they did not know why I was on there as I had already had the appointment that they call me for back in March! All the mess around has taken me out of work for an hour and taking an appointment from someone that one have needed it.
