   As working people it is impossible to get an appointment at this surgery as you either book online or if none of these are available you have to ring at 0830 or 1530 which when you are working is impossible. Reception staff do not want to help you or make any adjustments for working people. If you challenge you get a rude abrupt response

   Thank you for your review. This has been resolved and we thank you for your feedback. Once again, I apologise for your experience. As you can appreciate, book on the day appointments are allocated at set times to ensure equal and fair access for all patients. Our appointment system has recently been reviewed and updated and we have a number of pre-bookable appointments now available everyday for those patients who need to book ahead. We have evening appointments on Tuesdays. There is the option of booking online. As well as this, we have appointments available at our PCN Hub on evenings and weekends. We have discussed the option of joining our Patient Participation Group and look forward to working together to improve access for patients. Kind regards Practice Manager Rowlands Road Surgery
