    17th January 2024, lovely receptionist on duty on my morning visit. Doctors seen, were excellent professional and very courteous who delt with my issues promptly.

    I went to surgery recently and I had a consultation with a medical student who then provided feedback to the doctor with me in the room. Despite, the sensitive nature of the issue I felt listened to, cared for and supported with compassion. As well as being a great mentor to the student, the doctor was attentive and kind to me as a patient.

    I've been trying to get a doctors appointment for days as I have a dull pain in a personal area, keep being told by the receptionist to phone back the next day as they are full. Receptionist are blunt, curt and lack empathy

    I've used this practice for over 30 years, as have my family, and we've never had a problem. On the whole, one can get an appointment at a suitable time and the same day. Staff are professional and to the point. Doctors come and go, but are attentive and enquiring and when pressed will listen to concerns and arrange further expert consultation's if necessary. I use the NHS app to get prescriptions so no problem there. Nurses are warm and friendly. The check-in system is efficient. I have no complaints at all. The only negatives I might have are related to general observations about the NHS as a whole, the system in which the practice operates, which imposes constraints and limitations.

    Over week trying to see or book an appointment keep me on phone for over 50 minutes and when is my turn all the appointment have gone

    Waiting in queue for 20+ minutes only to wait another 30+ minutes for the receptionist to answer the telephone. She was abrupt and told me I was lying and I had not been Waiting that long for an answer. Very poor service when I have strict time constraints at work and I needed to make a quick phone call to find out my results. This has happened on several occasions where I have put the phone down due to the call taking to long to answer.

    I have had a few appointments with Roslea surgery recently. Each time I have been able to book an appointment on the day after waiting about 20 minutes in the queue system when ringing at 8am. I have seen or spoken to 3 different GPs. All have been polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I have never had any issues with the admin or nursing team either. Thank you Roslea Surgery
