Reception staff very polite and always helpful in every possible way doesnt cost anything to be polite an helpful. Your a credit to your practice :-) cant thank you and all the GP's an nurses for also going above and behond for helping my dad get a quick referral and diagnoses for his lymphoma and having his chemotherapy sessions and home visits when he was to poorly to get to the practice. Thankyou to you all from me and my dad xx

Rang for a telephone appointment. Dr rang me and from me answering the phone he was rude and arrogant all the way through the call. I am suffering and put off my face to face appointment with him due to the way he spoke and treat me over the phone. I am not the only person to think this, everyone i have spoken to about this surgery, the same doctors name is brought up. Not only is he a doctor, he is a partner at the surgery. Very unprofessional, avoid.

The women I seen to take my bloods was lovely she helped when I thought I was having 5 tubes instead I had 2 very helpful
