About time I did this - absolutely great practice. I came today the receptionists was very helpful although I could see they were busy. Got my BP done saw my GP and even got a Goodbye and smile on my way out. Been here since birth - I trust the Doctors as well as the all the staff - and they have a hard job - but 10/10 for way treat me as a patient. Thanks to all the staff there - keep up the good work.

I have been with this practice all of my life and have had varying experiences of good care and bad care with several doctors throughout the years. However the care I have received from the practice nurse has been consistently excellent. She shows genuine compassion and empathy, and always remembers me even though she must see so many other patients on a weekly basis. Even through a period of her own family bereavement her professionalism and caring nature never faltered. We have shared laughter and tears over the years and she will never know the difference she has often made to my day just by offering an ear and a friendly face. She always offers me the highest standard of care and follows through with any actions necessary. The review guidelines state that I cannot outwardly identify the practice nurse I am referring to and this is such a shame as I feel that she should be given the recognition she truly deserves. So thank you to my angel in a blue uniform, never change!

I took my elderly mum to see the practice nurse. What a great experience. Very knowledgeable and caring. Took her time and really went out of way to ensure my mum got the best possible treatment and medication. Obviously this surgery as a real asset here as other reviews echo my sentiment. Just hope the management appreciate the hard work and dedication of the staff. Another shining example of some of the superb staff that work in the NHS. Thank you all!

Raised a query with the practice re my fathers treatment Acknowledged 3rd sep and was told most issued would be looked into and responded within 1-2 weeks Gave practice 4 weeks to look into and had been chasing where this was up to the past 2 weeks and have not had any response back from practice manager or any of the management team. Felt disappointed by the lack of communication

This complaint was received from the daughter of one of our patients dated 8/9/22 and acknowledged within 3 days as per the NHS guidelines. A written response was posted to the patient dated 7/10/22 (not to the daughter who did not have consent to see this patients medical records). As we have been running COVID and FLU vaccination clinics, including working weekends we do not feel that 4 weeks is an excessive timeframe in which to respond.

I have nothing but praise for this surgery. The practice nurse is brilliant and I’m always able to see someone if urgent. I’m totally needle phobic and the staff here have been so accommodating. Highly recommend:)

Today, we took my son to have his pre-school injections. I was dreading it but the Practice Nurse was amazing. She had a wonderful manner and was extremely gentle. It was over in no time and we left with my son laughing and blowing her a kiss
