    Accepting new patients" - how about actually servicing the ones you already have? This is my experience trying to get through to this GPs office this week Monday - ring at 10am, 9 in the queue, get to the front and it just rings out Monday - ring at 3pm, 3 in the queue, get to the front and it just rings out Tuesday - ring at 2pm, 5 in the queue, get to the front and it just rings out Wednesday - ring at 1pm, 8 in the queue, get to 3 in the queue and it just rings out Thursday - ring at 10am, 3 in the queue, get to the front and it just rings out Pretty sure the people in front arent actually getting their calls answered they just give up. So in short, this practice does not answer the phone and I mean that literally. They literally do not answer the phone. Good luck getting an appointment, or speaking to anyone at this practice. To top it off, im trying to respond to a text message they sent me. Telling me to call in. Whats the point in asking someone to call if you dont answer the phone. Abysmal GP practice.
