Like most Inner London GP surgeries now probably it’s a real battle to get an appointment. The availability of appointments at this surgery seems to have really deteriorated since the pandemic.The receptionist was very helpful but it took 40 minutes of persistent calling at 08:00 am to finally get through. I dread to think how the elderly and vulnerable fare!

I’ve had personal experience of coming and phoning the Ritchie Street practice and the staff have always been very good at helping and sorting out problems. They are kind and calm and have given us some valuable advice over the years.

I was calling from another GP surgery relating to a patient's query. The woman who answered the phone was so rude, unhelpful and dismissive of me. I was really offended by her tone - where does she get off speaking to people like that!!! Feel sorry for your patients if they have to go through her. I was told that I shouldn't be calling Ritchie Street. She's the kind of receptionist who gives nice, normal receptionists a bad name. Terrible, should not be patient facing

Everyone (reception, nurses, GPs, admin) I've dealt with is helpful and caring. They've gone the extra mile to help sort out problems e.g. with prescriptions. The admin team responds quickly to queries. My family has had great care from this practice. Only issue is with getting through to make an appointment, which involves a lot of time, patience and redialling, but the new phone system will hopefully improve this.

I received an excellent level of care from the GP whom I saw on Friday 30th June. The receptionists and the office manager were extremely efficient and caring during my visit for which I'm very grateful.

I brag to my friends about how good Ritchie Street practice is because it’s so easy to get a quick appointment, sometimes a call back the same day, and the reception staff, doctors, nurses are so friendly I’ve never had a bad experience!

I had issue with receptionist.I was talking with her .she didn't allow me to talk with Dr. I was waiting for more then 1h . Then I try many times to call she every time answer and put down phone .I was listening her talk .but she purposely nt answer..even not allow me to book other app . Very very bad attitude .
