I have MS and have been with this Practice for many years, during which time I have been treated with the utmost professionalism, care and kindness. If I have a problem with my MS, or wish to request a repeat prescription for my medicines the Doctor will always ring me back promptly, or see me in person if necessary. All staff - receptionists, nurses and doctors are extremely nice. I would thoroughly recommend this Practice.

When requesting a quarterly repeat prescription for statins it is always dealt with quickly and efficiently and sent to the pharmacist within a day. Always get a reminder to have the yearly flu jab. Receptionists, nurses and doctors are all very kind, considerate and caring. Five out of five for me.

I have been cared for and supported by my wonderful GP at Ridgmount Practice for over thirty years. I am also hugely grateful to other GPs in the Practice and to the receptionists, nurses and the entire Practice team for the exceptional time, trouble and care given me over the past few difficult years. I feel very privileged to continue to be in such safe, caring hands and cannot praise them all highly enough.

The practice is exceptional in the manner in which it delivers care. The premises are lovely, modern and bright and the treatment rooms will arranged with modern equipment. I have several conditions and all the staff here are excellent from the reception staff, to the nurses and the doctors. My conditions are alway dealt with efficiently and sympathetically and the staff really listen and work with you to find solutions and develop appropriate care plans. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone. Thanks for the great service.
