On arrival, I was booked in and directed to relevant waiting room. Was politely addressed and spoken too throughout my appointment. It was clear by explanation of what was to be done and why throughout. When to expect any future help and a specified time was given. I Was very pleased with how the the appointment was conducted.

Used the new Patch system, very good service prompt response and exactly what I needed. Did not need to see a GP just needed advice and this was given promptly and I was happy with the outcome
