   I recently had the need to visit my GP surgery at Redhouse Medical Centre and I can only say how impressed I have been with the whole experience and particularly to the doctor who saw me that day who has been marvellous.From booking an appointment online to seeing the doctor and being referred for testing to other parts of the NHS. I hate the thought of just having to visit a doctors surgery at any time but I need not of worried - the doctor was so very professional and very easy to talk to. I felt really comfortable in theiralso presence and when discussing my issues. The questioning was very thorough and then the arranging of all follow up tests at great speed has been so very good and very efficient . I felt very comfortable and re-assured by the doctors friendly and very professional manner. It doesnt make me want to visit the surgery any more regularly but I am happy when I have to I am in great hands. I know the Health Service can get a bad press at times but I think when you get such a good service that also needs to be mentioned. Also a shout out to the Nurses onsite who are always so very pleasant as well. As we all get older we need these services on a more regular basis so thank you to all at the surgery.
