Called at 8, appointment at 9, seen at 8.55 and out with a plan for investigations in place by 9.05. Great communications, staff and provision!

I can't believe how bad it actually is. I've hardly ever used the GP in my entire life until now, when I'm in real need of it. I was traveling in India where I went to hospital because of nausea and vomiting and weight loss. While in India I had a battery of blood tests and scans and gene testing. I've been back in the country 6 months, and I'm still no further along than I was, not only that but I have to wait another 2 months to see a hematologist. I have platelets of near a million, a very enlarged spleen, several enlarged lymph nodes, and worsening migraines. It seems almost impossible to make a face to face appointment with a doctor. Honestly if I knew how useless they were I would have stayed in India and paid out of pocket for treatment. It's an absolute tragedy what has been done to the NHS, shameful. This is the worst experience of my life. I don't blame the receptionists, they've always been friendly. Long story short, if you want decent health care go to India because the NHS barely exists anymore.

Hadn't contacted the surgery in 9 years, and having read the problems of getting appointments in the national papers, I wasn't expecting much. I rang in the afternoon, fully expecting to be told to ring back at 8am the next day. After hearing my problem, the receptionist went away for a minute, then said the doctor would ring back later. An hour later she did, and asked if I could come in straight away, which I did. I was referred to Hinchingbrooke and seen there 2 weeks later for possible cancer screening. Couldn't get better service!

I needed an operation on my shoulder. From being referred to the consultant to now I have been very pleased with the support given by all the professionals I see.

Review titled Wonderful GP - credit to the surgery!

I took my daughter to see the GP for review and was so impressed by the GP we saw. She listened to everything my daughter said and made her feel listened to (even when it wasn't related to the matter in hand!), was knowledgeable and professional and able to answer any concerns I had. We left with a clear plan of action, and despite being seen near the end of what was doubtless a busy day the GP still found time to explain to my daughter how the BP machine worked due to her curiosity. Thank you!

I phoned very concerned about my unwell teenager one afternoon, the receptionist was very kind, spoke to the GP and they were seen within the hour by a fabulous GP who assessed her and sent her in to hospital.

It appears impossible to actually see a doctor. Even getting to speak to one is impossible. Dissapointing service.

Very good. The reason being that I have in my life had to deal with the general public so I know how difficult a customer can be, whether it's hiding behind an email or a telephone conversation, never, mostly face to face You treat me with the utmost respect and help me to achieve what I need either for myself or dad. There is just one minor point. I don't know if anyone has suggested, looked at a "telephone call back service" A call back option is a simple solution to ensure you don't lose possible inbound leads when all your agents are busy. There are two ways to set up customer call back: let customers choose a call back time that suits them. tell customers they will receive a call back as soon as an agent is free.
