with it being Christmas week I was not sure if I could be seen by a GP ' this year ' but went in to book { I live close } and they were able to slot me in ' that same day ' I have been with them 1,720 days - have seen the nurse loads of times { annual check up and blood test } but this was the first time I asked to see a Doctor - I have Trigeminal Neuralgia so was placed on medication and my local Hospital will be in touch over a MRI scan so it was a very unexpected appointment - so top marks for the receptionists fixing up that appointment and the GP agreeing to see me so quickly.

I rang today as I needed an urgent medication. I had medical treatment overseas and needed medications as the clinic is abroad said they can only send it next week which would've been too late. I contacted rainbow practice to request medications although i wasn't sure they will be able to prescribe it. I emailed them the details and mentioned it was urgent. My request got sorted out within a few hours and the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I am so so grateful and thank you so much for the help from all the reception team and clinicians.
