   I have been with this practice for nearly 30 years and I have never had a positive experience. The newer doctors lack interpersonal skills and it always a fight to get anything sorted. I had to chase up a prescription for my newborn 4 times recently and the doctor was refusing to sign off on it even though he had a letter from the dietician stating how the items were needed and once he did sign it off he did it for the wrong quantity and didn’t do it as a repeat, as stated. Advertises that you can book appointments online in the practice but that service has been disabled when you try. You have to chase up your own results and any corrective actions weeks after the surgery has been sent the results. Your problems are rarely taken seriously and the surgery doesn’t offer any female doctors if you manage to secure an appointment in a speedy time frame, otherwise you can wait weeks even to just see the nurse. It really needs to do better.
