Appointment system is still in 90's. With redial only appointment system, I got my precious appointment. Apart from the bad appointment system, doctors were always fantastic. First time in 7 years , a new doctor refused to hear my second issue , which I specified while booking the appointment. Doctor was rude and was clear from doctor's appearance that doctor don't care. It won't be an issue , if the doctor refused politely. All the doctors hold the door and let us in but this doctor went straight inside without even looking. All the staff and doctors I deal with before, were good mannered and treated me well. I pay tax and NI but the doctor's attitude was like providing free service. Our time is valuabe just like the GP's time. Your time may be more valuable if you were working in critical care or emergency department.Still we wait patiently for our turn. But the attitude like above is unfair.

I am a new patient to the surgery. I am very impressed with the friendly team at the reception as they are very supportive and kind. It is making a big difference in person's life. Thank you.
