Reception staff made me run to the surgery 4 times for a repeat prescription , and was aggressive with me when I complained about it, at the end they never gave my mum the repeat , arrogant and rude, and you would not get an appointment , lazy reception staff answering them phone takes half an hour. Avoid avoid

As far as I know, she is more than a nurse. Was sad to learn that she is leaving and willing to follow her to the next practice she would be working from now on if it was close to my address. After being misdiagnosed, finding someone willing to listen and confirm your suspicions is really important. A great professional, excellent in everything. My second time with her and hopefully the practice will keep her. Thank you nurse a.j., you saved my life.

Further to my review on 25.03.24 and after having a response from Dr had i been made aware of the emergency issue that took place i would have been more understanding of the situation and would not have reacted the way i did. My prescription has now been sorted, thank you, and i hope that the emergency was sorted and the patient was ok. My apologies if my earlier review caused any upset.

Appointment made for 11am arrived at 10.45 at 11.30 went to reception to check as only 1 person had been called in. Told they were busy and it won't be long. Went back again at 11.45 still busy so had to leave to go back to work. Diabolical practice and i'm reading on a tv screen about patients not turning up for appointments but in my case the doctor never showed up. Whats the point!!! close the practice down if they can't be bothered.

Not helpful we haven’t even requested to change GP and nobody informed us they were going to remove of the list .You still have 30 days before y are removed of the list so why wouldn’t so why wouldn’t they do the referall who had to be urgently referred for a biopsy instead the backdated a letter which we didn’t even receive ……………."……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..'…………………………………………………………………………………………… ……..

Both initial consultation and follow up appointments were handled with compassion and consideration for my father’s circumstances. I was impressed with the time given and spent explaining things and ensuring he understood. Very caring and considerate

I found the G P very understanding and concerned about my condition.She was easy to talk to and ready to listen to me and my concerns. I felt l was treated with dignity and respect and also the GP is continuing to monitor my progress with follow up appointments to enable a satisfactory outcome for the problems l have.l am more than happy with the service received so far.
