    Disappointment to see a practice with a good clinical team to be let down by the rude and unprofessional admin staff. Working for the NHS myself I am appalled how I was spoken too this afternoon. Lack empathy, professionalism and basic common sense. I have no issue with the clinical staff but front of house need to be changed or at lease trained on caring, empathy and tone of voice.

We work hard to give our patients a positive experience and are disappointed we have fallen below your expectations. We regularly train our staff in customer service to make sure we offer the best customer service experience possible. I would appreciate you contacting the practice to speak to the Patient Liaison Manager to discuss further

    The doctors and nurses here have always be great, its just getting to see them thats the problem. The reception here are so rude, I've rarely had a good experience with them in the 7 years I've been at this practice. Having mental health problems I have found myself avoiding making appointments because of how hard it is to speak to the reception staff here.
