If you call at 8:00 am you will not get through, they then say they have no appointments left by 8:30 when you finally get hold of someone. Receptionist are rude and not empathic as I was told to just persevere when I could not get any call. They tell you to go to the walking in center.

Had a heart attack on 6th September and was blue lighted to John Radcliffe in Oxford, ambulance service brilliant as were the Cardiac team. Came out on 9th was told what my rehabilitation would be, as of to 20th October no response from practice it was my wife's nurse who sorted out my medication. Heard nothing from practice I am disgusted and will be moving surgery. Been with these for 50 years rubbish.

Tried to make an appointment only to be told at 8 22am that all appointments are gone, even the phone calls. Explained cannot work without speaking to doctor at least then told just keep calling everyday at 8am but all appointments will be gone by 8 05, so what's the point. Unable to get appointment at all in this place.

Been registered here since I was a kid and have never had a problem until recently. I've had my prescriptions for my medication, which is for my mental health, messed up multiple times now leaving me without tablets for a week or so. One of the receptionists is beyond rude and you are met with such an attitude from the second you get through and as someone who has worked for the NHS themselves for many years I wouldn't even dream of speaking to a patient the way that they do here. Been having an ongoing issue for a year now, seen at least 3 doctors over 6 appointments (some of which had no notes left on the system for the next doctor to see) only to finally get referred to the hospital to then be told at the appointment that they can't actually look at the area where I have the issue because they don't deal with that in their department. It's just unacceptable, I'm at a point now where I'm going to have to go and register somewhere else, it's gone beyond a joke now.
