I needed a private appointment made to see a Neurologist. From 1 of the Norwich Private Hospital. I received a text message to say the earliest I could be seen was 1/11/23. I was shocked and upset as I was hoping to be seen quickly when then what NHS could offer which was around November. I contacted the Prospect Medical Practice and spoke to the secretary, I was having a panic attack. I explained that I needed something sooner and could she recommend somewhere else. She told me to give her 20 minutes and she would see what there was, within the 20 minutes she called back to say she had found one in Cambridge on 21/3/23 , she sent me a link to book it. I am so grateful for the time she had spent to find a private Hospital for me. I would like to thank the secretary for what she did, I really appreciate it.

When I rang the surgery as soon as it opened today, my heart sank after learning I was the 19th caller in the queue. However, it only took 15 minutes for my call to be answered and I was given a same-day appointment. I have been a patient at the practice for 4 years and have always found the medical staff to be empathetic and supportive and reception team helpful and efficient, including during the very challenging early months of the pandemic.
