   I want to thank the staff at Poole Town Suegery. I needed to see a doctor urgently today and was feeling scared because of an unexpected medical development. The kind receptionist went out of her way to help me get a same-day appointment. The GP I saw took all appropriate steps, explained what would happen next, took bloods and made a referral. She was professional in her approach. I came out of the appointment feeling reassured. All staff and the doctor were incredibly kind.
