I come with 10min before appointment, I give date of birth,hour, name, what king of service(appointment) I have, the lady from reception told me to take a seat and wait to be call, I wait 30min, then I go to ask, and another girl told me I must to go to reception first time, I said"i was, another girl(how was on break, don't was there) told me to take a seat", after I wait another 30min....I go again and told me have some problems electrical.... To wait.... and now I still waiting to see how much time I stay here

Review: Very bad service, I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. I have been calling for multiple days and each day I am kept on hold for and hour or longer and then when they answer they say there are no more appointments, by this way the patient will get more sick in their problem they have. This happens most of the time. Always we call at 8am and they put people in a long queue when we should be at first because we have called on time. Receptionists are rude and inconsiderate but some of them are good. The doctors are amazing and helpful, 5 stars to them.

Phoned regarding an appointment for a blood test. Before I tried to finish explaining for the 2nd - 3rd time the receptionist put the phone down. Rude and unprofessional

The receptionist seem to not to pick up the telephone… Also when you ring the surgery,, it says ring at. 8am,, or 2.30 pm,,, for an appointment,, receptionist need to step up,, with picking up the phone,, what a joke…

Love the the practice people need to realise that due to covid impact the surgery has got busy they do there best and doctor gives all his patients time people should respect the staff as they do there best I would highly recommend them to anyone well done

Always great service from the Doctors for me. They are always informative and take the time to discuss my concerns etc. Regarding same day bookings, managed to get them most of the time and always seen in a timely manner.

Not everyone can ring at 8am,, this needs to be flexible,, When you ring the surgery,, it says ring at 8am, or 2,30 Whenever you ring 2,30 or over,,, some receptionist say fully booked,, The surgery need to be more flexible with timing,,, I have no problem with the doctors,, as they are good,,, the silly thing is that when you ring 2,30 or over,, some receptionist say fully booked,, Which can be very annoying,, this should be flexible,,,

They all the time don't have appointments available if you are sick, they don't care about patients I'm very disappointed when you are book they rush you out you can't explain nothing I'm very disappointed

This practice is very good. The staff, gps, the healthcare assistant and nurse's are lovely and understanding. I feel comfortable and happy with the service
