I love this surgery, everyone is great and they really care. But... I read instructions on how to 'order a prescription on our new website' Does the nhs app still work ? Because last time I ordered through it, it did not come through and my prescriptions were not ready. (temporary blip?) Anyway, I have ordered through the nhs app because: The instructions for doing through your website... is that convoluted or am I mistaken ? On the nhs app, my meds are already there. Someone who has a lot of meds to order isn't going to like having to enter all of them every time. And someone not very good at information technology will get lost. Surely there is an easier way? Here's hoping the nhs app still works. Sorry to moan, I'll bring in some ginger biscuits in the near future to make up for it. Oh yes and apparently I 'cannot put words on that are all capital letters. the only one I could find was nhs and it! Chris Price

Well what can I say apart from Outstanding, recently moved from another practice and the Pirbright Surgery are simply brilliant, the lady’s are attentive, responsive and caring, these guys are a diamond in the NHS and deserve credit 10/10 and Thankyou for helping the community in such an amazing way

Outstanding care & support. Have gone above and beyond, kind caring and accommodating. Understanding and willing to go the extra mile to support and resolve issues. At pirbright surgery you’re going to deal with genuinely kind , and caring understanding staff , from the receptionist through to the Doctors. I am always aware how busy the Nhs and Doctors are, I’m amazed and so thankful to be a patient at pirbright surgery . I want to Thank every single member of staff for always working so hard.

After recently changing GP practices I just wished I'd done it sooner. The reception staff couldn't be more helpful and the doctors are friendly and you can get to see them! They actually seem to care here - unlike previous practice we were with... Great practice with great staff.
