I have recently moved to this surgery. I had an appointment with the gp and a nurse, both were on time, extremely thorough, professional and caring. Excellent patient care.

I took my 86 mother for an examination which she was very anxious about. The GP we saw was so good with her, helpful, carefully explained everything and put her mind at rest. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Great to take my son to a weekend flu immunisation clinic . Greeted with a smile, efficiently run so we were straight in and out. Fantastic.

Today we had my sons first flu vaccine. The surgery was welcoming and we didn’t have to wait, we were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us into a room, where a lovely man talked us through the nasal spray and quickly administered it to our son, Offering him a sticker at the end. All very quick and smooth which is just what you want when you have a child, no waiting and no messing around. Very pleased

My young son attended for his flu vaccine and the staff were so friendly and made him feel at ease with bubbles and teddies and a little chocolate treat and some drawing activities. This helped greatly and didn’t go unnoticed.

Arrived for my son’s flu vaccine this morning 10 mins early - went straight into to see a doctor who explained everything clearly to me and any after effects to look out for and what to do if they happen. Instantly put at ease and back out the door within 5 mins. Absolutely could not fault this surgery.

The flu clinic has been great this year. Really made it child friendly. Cocomelon on the tv, colouring for the kids, nurses prepped with stickers. The whole thing ran smoothly and we didn’t wait to go in to have the jab, staff were friendly and welcoming.

I came for the kids flu vaccination clinic held on a Saturday. It ran very smoothly , there was toys and colouring laid out and kids tv on which main it feel less scary for the children. We went straight in there was no waiting around and they even got a sticker and chocolate. Very good experience

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the children, but no guidance on aftercare with the injection (the first time he had this) and I was so focused on my Son I didn't think to ask at the time. I feel this should have been something that the Doctor/Nurse should have gone through with me

We are very sorry to hear that the doctor/nurse your child saw did not speak to you about guidance on aftercare with the vaccine. It would not have been intentional as we do normally try our best to give any/all relevant information needed.
