   Overtime ring for an appointment you get replied you have to ring in the morning even though I am not asking for the emergency appointment. Why this surgery not giving appointment and some receptionist are not cooperative. When you are expressing your unsatisfaction receptionist saying why are you shouting at me even though you are talking normally. I think we should able to make appointment in advance not on the day

   The practice is very professional and efficient. The practice manager in particular is phenomenal at what they do
