   Not a patient but was given this number to contact a patient who needed my help. Phoned surgery about noon. Got all the usual script to push 1 for reception, 2 for results, etc etc. Then I was No 1 in the queue, and No 1 in the queue and No 1 in the queue. I was annoyed but decided to sit it out. After 20+ minutes I gave up and hung up. Went onto website to check number and guess what??? Surgery closed on Wednesdays. Thank you for wasting my time and costing me heavens knows how much!!
